On the sea this morning there were 4 Great Northern Divers, 2 Red-throated Divers, 1 Red-necked Grebe, 23 Red-breasted Mergansers, 1 Long-tailed Duck, 24 Common Scoter, 2 Eider, 9 Great Crested Grebes, 95 Cormorants, 1 Gannet, 11 Guillemots and 1 Razorbill. Other noteworthy birds include 4 Pintail, 5 Tufted Ducks, 150 Wigeon, 23 Teal, 11 Shelduck, 1 Peregrine, 3 Red Kite, 1 Marsh Harrier, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 385 Oystercatchers, 6 Grey Plover, 29 Lapwing, 56 Curlew, 13 Black-tailed Godwit, 3 Bar-tailed Godwit, 1 Greenshank, 10 Skylark, 24 Meadow Pipits, 2 Rock Pipits, 64 Linnets, 1 Redpoll and 2 Crossbill.

There was a single Rusty-dot Pearl in the moth trap last night.
