Ann and Donna came along to help me ring this morning. It was a good session, with 43 birds caught, although there were relatively few migrants among them.

Other birds that were reported were 1 Little Gull, 2 Arctic Skua, 2 Red-throated Diver on the sea and a Barn Owl hunting over the marshes.

The moth trap was quite interesting with a Large Wainscot and a Clancy’s Rustic which were new for me.
