As many of you will know, it’s been my privilege to be Chair of NOA since 2012. Mostly it’s been a lot of fun, and it’s been great to work with a really nice set of fellow Trustees and with two terrific Wardens.
For a mixture of both personal and professional reasons, I’ve decided that I need to step down as Chair at the end of 2026. It’s time for someone younger, and perhaps with a fresh set of ideas, to take over.
The NOA has become much more complicated over the last 14 years, but I’m happy that it has a secure future.
I’m not planning to go away entirely just yet, and I hope to continue to play a role as a Trustee for some time to come.
