A bit of a north easterly today turning sunny and hot in the afternoon again. Along the Broadwater/viewable from the car park hide I had 19 Redshank, 1 Snipe, 1 juvenile Dunlin, 1 Spoonbill and the Water Rail chick was back foraging in front of NWT hide 1, and starting to look a bit more like a Water Rail now!

Moths were a bit quieter but some nice species including 6 Small Mottled Willow and a Narrow-winged Pug.
