It was a wet day with sudden squalls of rain descending in between sunny spells with few birds around. The highlights are 1 Wheatear in the Dunes, 1 Common Sandpiper on Broadwater and 1 Greenshank at Redwell.
The moth trap contained (other than wet egg boxes) 2 Turnip, 1 Large Yellow Underwing, 2 Muslin, 2 Shuttle-shaped Dart, 1 Flame Shoulder, 1 Northern Drab, 1 Small Wave Umber.
