Great Northern Diver Seamus Griffin

A male Hen Harrier was a highlight over Lavender Marsh, with a Bittern seen dropping down near the river Hun. On the sea today 3 Eider, 10 Common Scoters, 2 Velvet Scoters, 5 Red-breasted Mergansers, a drake Goosander, Great Northern Diver, 2 Fulmars, and 7 Great Crested Grebes were counted. Also of interest were a Barn Owl, Kingfisher, 3 Bearded Tits from the NWT hides, 2 Rock Pipits and 8 Cattle Egrets were between Holme and Thornham.
