On the sea today an Eider, 2 Common Scoter, 5 Red-breasted Mergansers, 2 Fulmars, a Kittiwake and 5 Great Crested Grebes were seen. At least 4 Cattle Egrets were in the area, and 35 Golden Plover, 50 Curlew, 2 Stonechats and 3 Fieldfares were also of interest.
