Another grey day but with some interest particularly on the sea, highlights included 3 Scaup, 2 Long-tailed Ducks, a Black-throated Diver, a Red-necked Grebe, Black-necked Grebe, 2 Slavonian Grebes, 6 Shorelark, a Yellow-browed Warbler near the Golf Course, and a total of 27 Cattle Egrets around the recording area. A Spoonbill drifted high over the Observatory, and a Fieldfare, 38 Redwings and 175 Pink-feet were also observed. (Shorelark Photo by Greg Beeton).
