NOA SEEKS NEW TRUSTEE

After nearly 20 years of caring for NOA’s finances, our present Treasurer, David Gamble, is looking to pass the torch to someone else. Therefore the Association wishes to appoint a new Trustee who could take over as Treasurer in due course.
We are looking for someone who is supportive of NOA’s aims, has at least basic knowledge of accounting, is able to keep accurate financial records, has experience of on-line banking, and could commit to us for several years.
This is a voluntary position, requiring an estimated six to eight hours per week on average. Although this role would be mostly fulfilled at home, our Trustees’ meetings (eight to ten per year) are usually held in Holme Village, so living locally would be a distinct advantage.
It should go without saying that good interpersonal skills and ability to get on with others are essential requirements.
This is an opportunity join the NOA team, working with dedicated professionals and volunteers already committed to making the organisation a success. If you think you might be interested in taking on this key role within the NOA, please contact the Chairman, Steve Newman, steve.newman_1@btinternet.com.
