An increasingly grey and cool day, highlights were 21 Pintail on the Broadwater, 2 Water Rails, 11 Eider, a Gannet and an Arctic Skua offshore, 4 Cattle Egrets at Thornham, 2 Stonechats, and a Siskin.
In the moth traps 6 Lunar Underwings, 3 Beaded Chestnuts, 3 Black Rustics, 8 Large Yellow Underwings, a Sallow, Setaceous Hebrew Characters, Small Square Spot, and a Rosy Rustic were caught.
