Norfolk Ornithologists Association - NOA

A very strong northerly today meant some good seawatching conditions with 49 Arctic Skua, 15 Great Skua, 1 Goldeneye, 10 Little Gull and 15 Manx Shearwater the highlights.

In the moth traps today were 15 Lunar Underwing, 1 Frosted Orange, 1 Delicate, 19 Large Yellow Underwing, 3 Narrow Winged Grey, 4 Setaceous Hebrew Character, 2 Black Rustic, 1 Beaded Chestnut, 1 Small Mottled Willow, 1 Vine’s Rustic and 1 Oak Longhorn. Wall Brown were active around the Observatory and Common Darter and Migrant Hawker were also seen.
