Norfolk Ornithologists Association - NOA

Two Yellow-browed Warblers were still on the reserve with one calling near the Dell hide throughout the afternoon. On the sea 9 Common Scoters, 2 Red-throated Divers, 7 Gannets, 5 Great Crested Grebes, a Guillemot and a Sandwich Tern were noted. Also of interest were 2 Pintail, a Water Rail, Common and Green Sandpipers, 80 Swallows, 10 House Martins, 4 Bearded Tits, 5 Stonechats, 2 Grey Wagtails, a Brambling and 5 Siskins.

In the moth traps 2 Deep Brown Darts, 24 Large Yellow Underwings, 3 Setaceous Hebrew Characters, 16 Lunar Underwings, Lesser Broad Bordered Yellow Underwing, a Frosted Orange, a Small Square Spot, a Large Wainscot, a Delicate and a Beaded Chestnut.

Six Wall Browns, 2 Large Whites and 5 Red Admirals were counted with Migrant Hawker and Common Darter also seen.
