A Yellow-browed Warbler was still in the car park area and 3 Water Rails, a Spoonbill, 2 Greenshank, 3 Snipe, Willow Warbler and Rock Pipit were noted.
In the moth traps a Red-green Carpet, Ruby Tiger, 4 Black Rustics, 11 Large Yellow Underwings, 2 Beaded Chestnuts, 2 Deep-brown Darts, 2 Lunar Underwings, a Setaceous Hebrew Character, Frosted Orange, Feathered Ranunculus, Square-spot Rustic and Large Wainscot were caught.
Despite the rain 2 Red Admirals, a Large White, 6 Migrant Hawkers and 4 Common Darters were counted.
