Mother of Pearl

A big thankyou to all those who attended the Hempton Marsh moth day and ringing demonstration today, a total of 50 moth species were caught in the reserve traps and there were more to see from other enthusiasts. Ringing highlights were a juvenile Great Spotted Woodpecker and a Chiffchaff ringed at the site in 2023.
