Ten Spoonbills, a single Whimbrel, and a Black-tailed Godwit were sightings of note.
In the moth traps 10 Scarce Footmen, 30 Common Footmen, 4 Oak Eggars, 5 Rosy Footmen, 2 Fen Wainscots ,7 Single Dotted Waves, 7 Rustics, a Mottled Rustic, Heart & Dart, 2 Uncertain, 2 Large Yellow Underwings, a Lime-speck Pug, 8 Brown Tails, a Poplar Grey, 2 Ruby Tigers, 2 Cloaked Minors, a Garden Tiger, a Yellow Tail, Cinnabar, Peppered Moth, Dingy Footman, Pine Hawk, Kent Black Arches, Privet Hawk and Buff Tip were caught.
Small Tortoiseshell, Ringlet, Meadow Brown, Gatekeeper and Red Admiral were among the butterflies seen.
