Four Spoonbills and 3 Great White Egrets were in the area during the day, and 4 Whimbrel, 2 Black-tailed Godwits, 14 Swifts, 15 Sand Martins, 2 Swallows, 28 House Martins, 5 Chiffchaffs and a Lesser Whitethroat were also found.
In the moth traps 2 Oak Eggars, 3 Rosy Footmen, 6 Scarce Footmen, 12 Common Footmen, 2 Dwarf Cream Waves, 2 Brown Tails, 3 Uncertains, 9 Rustics, a Drinker, a Garden Tiger, a Striped Wainscot, 2 Ruby Tigers, a Large Yellow Underwing, a Poplar Hawk, a Dingy Footman, 2 Kent Black Arches, a Cloaked Minor, Heart & Dart and Smoky Wainscot were caught.
