Greenshank Seamus Griffin

On the Broadwater 6 Spoonbills, 3 Great White Egrets and 2 Greenshank were of noted, and 34 Curlew and 4 Whimbrel flew over west during the day, with 2 adult Med Gulls also of interest.

In the moth traps 3 Common Footmen, a Rosy Footman, Riband Wave, Privet Hawk, 2 Large Yellow Underwings, an Uncertain, Ruby Tiger, 3 Rustics, a Brown-line Bright-eye, 2 Scarce Footmen, a Common Swift, Small Magpie, 2 Dwarf Cream Waves, a Lyme Grass, Mottled Rustic, Oak Eggar, Dark Arches, Heart & Club, Buff Ermine and Fen Wainscot were caught.

Two Black-tailed Skimmers were around the pond.
