Seven Spoonbills were still present and a Lesser Whitethroat was singing opposite the car park, with a male Stonechat seen near the Observatory.
In the moth traps a Broad Bordered Yellow Underwing, 6 Large Yellow Underwings, 2 Flames, 2 Cinnabars, a Mottled Rustic and Small Square Spot were in the traps, and a Small Heath and Common Blue were flying on the east bank.
Two Black-tailed Skimmers and 3 Large Red Damselflies were also noted.
