Spoonbill Seamus Griffin

A pair of Garganey and a Spoonbill were at Thornham Harbour, and a Cuckoo, 4 Sand Martins, 20 Swallows, 2 House Martins, a Lesser Whitethroat, and 2 Stonechats were also seen.

In the moth traps 5 Cinnabars, 4 White Ermine, a Small Square-spot, Poplar and Pine Hawk Moths, a Flame Shoulder, a Common Swift, Willow Beauty, Rustic Shoulder-Knot, Common Wainscot, Mottled Rustic and Treble Lines.

Broad-bodied Chaser, Azure Damselfly, Blue-tailed Damselfly and Large Red Damselfly were all around the pond, and Common Blue, Brown Argus, Small Copper and Wall Brown were all on the wing.
