Spotted Flycatcher Seamus Griffin

A Barn Owl was hunting early morning, and a Spoonbill was in front of the Car Park Hide. A Cattle Egret was on the NWT pools and a Spotted Flycatcher was beside the NOA car park feeding with a tit flock. A second bird was also present.

In the moth traps 6 Cinnabars, 2 Small Elephant Hawks, 2 Bordered Whites, 3 Willow Beauties, a Fern, a Marbled Minor sp, Peppered Moth, 2 Flame Shoulders, 2 Silver Ys, 3 White Ermines, a Diamond-back, a Small Waved Umber, Large Yellow Underwing, a Purple Bar and a Common Wainscot were caught.

Butterflies included Brimstone, Common Blue and Small Heath.
