Pale Tussuck

On the sea today 9 Common Scoters, 3 Sandwich and 2 Little Terns were recorded, and a Cuckoo, 4 Lesser Whitethroats, 6 Swifts, 6 Swallows and a Sand Martin were also recorded.

In the moth traps 2 Cinnabars, a Silver Y, 2 Sharp-angled Peacocks, a Setaceous Hebrew Character, 5 White Ermines, 2 Mottled Rustics, a Treble Lines, Flame Shoulder, Pale Tussock, Fern, Bordered White and Garden Carpet were caught.

Two Wall Browns were flying in the rain!
