8th March 2024

Great White Egret Seamus Griffin

A strong east breeze with hazy sunshine. A Great White Egret was seen briefly and a pair of Stonechats were feeding along the east bank. At least 250 Brent Geese were still around the grazing marshes and a single Avocet was of note.

In the moth traps just a single Chestnut and a Hebrew Character were caught.
