A flock of 2000+ Pink-feet were still on the grazing marshes, on the sea 50 Eider were noted and a drake Long-tailed Duck was at Gore Point, 2 Goldeneye, 4 Red-breasted Mergansers, 2 Red-throated Divers, a Black-throated Diver, 7 Fulmars and 7 Great Crested Grebes were found. Raptors included 3 Red Kites and 5 Marsh Harriers, with a Peregrine seen at Thornham, and 1200 Golden Plover, 2 Water Rails, 4 Ruff, 5 Snipe, 5 Stonechats, 4 Rock Pipits and 8 Siskins were all recorded.
