Three drake Goosander flew west past NWT hide 1 late morning, and on the sea a drake Eider, 3 Common Scoters. 8 Red-breasted Mergansers and a Great Crested Grebe were recorded. Also of interest today were 220 Lapwing, 19 Black-tailed Godwits, 8 Snipe, and a flock of over 3000 Pink-feet on the grazing marsh.
