Norfolk Ornithologists Association - NOA

Birds on the sea today included  4 Arctic Skua, 5 Manx Shearwater, 3 Little Egret, 2 Arctic Tern and a Great Skua. 23 Cattle Egrets were noted on Grazing Marsh, a Kingfisher was on the Broadwater and Raven and Crossbill were also noted.

Moths trapped over night included 22 Large Wainscot, 7 Beaded Chestnut, 4 Feathered Ranunculus and single Dark Chestnut, Angle Shades, Black Rustic, Glancy’s Rustic and Green Brindled Cresent. A Hummingbird Hawkmoth was on the Buddleia by the Observatory building.
