A total of 20 Cattle Egrets were again recorded and a flock of 750 Pink-feet were on the grazing marsh with numbers building during the day. On the sea 200+ Common Scoter, a Red-breasted Merganser, 2 Red-throated Divers, 80+ Gannets, a Great Crested Grebe, 5 Sandwich and 2 Common Terns were recorded. Two Rock Pipits were also of note.

In the moth traps 12 Lunar Underwings, a Deep-brown Dart, 5 Large Yellow Underwings, 2 Lesser Yellow Underwings, a Large Wainscot, 2 Black Rustics, 3 Feathered Ranunculus, 2 Beaded Chestnuts, a Square Spot Rustic and a Dark Sword-Grass were caught.

Red Admiral and Wall Brown were still on the wing.
