Over 1000 Pink-feet were on the grazing marshes and on the sea a Red-throated Diver, 15 Gannets, 5 Razorbills, 2 Sandwich Terns were seen. Waders included 31 Black-tailed Godwits, a Green Sandpiper and 4 Snipe. A Cattle Egret was seen from the Car Park Hide in the afternoon.

In the moth traps there was little to see but 4 Square-spot Rustics, 31 Lunar Underwings, a Beaded Chestnut, and a Lesser Yellow Underwing were caught.
