Norfolk Ornithologists Association - NOA

A single Crossbill flew over the Pines calling during the morning. A small number of hirundines were noted flying west during the day, with a  count of  40 House Martins in one flock. On the sea a short sea watch produced 6 Little Terns, 5 Common Scoter, 2 Great Crested Grebes, and 2 Gannets. The moth traps produced 41 species including Saltmarsh Plume, Rosy footman, Archers Dart and Chinese Character. A Willow Emerald Damselfly was in the Willows on the south bank of the Broadwater.
