Calling Greenshank and Whimbrel flew over the Broadwater during the morning, and two Spoonbills were on the Broadwater itself. The moth traps weren’t anywhere near as productive as the previous day, though still held a respectable catch of 43 species. More notable moths included Oak Eggar, Buff Tip, Broad-bordered Yellow Underwing, Brown-line Bright-eye, Striped and Shore Wainscott. At least two Scarce Emerald Damselflies remained on the Obsevatory pond.
