A Spoonbill flew over east and a Great White Egret was noted. A flock of 18 Black-tailed Godwits were on the Broadwater. Also of interest were a Cuckoo, 6 Swifts and a Stonechat. At sea 49 Sandwich, 5 Common and 4 Little Terns were passing.

Butterflies were scarce but a Wall Brown, Holly Blue and Red Admiral were seen, and in the moth traps there were 4 Bordered Whites, a Silver Y, a Small Square Spot, Heart & Dart, 2 Vine’s Rustic, Turnip, Shuttle-shaped Dart, 2 Small Elephant Hawks, Sharp-angled Peacock, Spectacle and Fern were caught.
