Highlights today were a flock of 15 Glossy Ibis which passed west at 11.40am, tracked all the way along the coast. Also of interest were a Spoonbill, 22 Black-tailed Godwits, Greenshank, 3 Little Terns, 6 Sandwich Terns and a Common Tern, 4 Swallows, a Garden Warbler, single Stonechat and Yellow Wagtail.

In the moth traps 5 Bordered Whites, 5 Cinnabar, 4 Vine’s Rustics, a Privet Hawk Moth, Waved Umber, 4 Flame Shoulders, 2 Shuttle-shaped Darts, Flame Wainscot, Treble Lines and Sand Dart were recorded.
