This morning there was a strong breeze from the East blowing and when the wind subsided it started to rain.

12 Large Yellow Underwing, 14 Flounced Rustic, 3 Vine’s Rustic, 2 Straw Underwing, 1 Shuttle-shaped Dart, 4 Beet Moth, 4 Lesser Broad-bordered Yellow Underwing, 1 White Point, 1 Dark-bordered Pearl, 2 Turnip, 1 Common Wainscot, 1 Short-cloaked Moth, 1 Single Dotted Wave.

There were also 4 Red Admiral, 1 Painted Lady and 1 Brown Argus seen.

The bird highlights were: 2 juvenile Black Terns, 10 Sandwich Terns and 30 Common Terns flying along the shore, 1 Eider on the sea, 21 Snipe flying over the dunes, 2 Swift, 1 Hobby, 1 Lesser Whitethroat, 15 Whitethroats, 3 Pied Flycatcher, 4 Whinchat and 2 Wheatear in the dunes, 1 Redstart, 1 Spotted and 2 Pied Flycatcher around the Obs. 1 Pied Flycatcher at Redwell,
