Just a quick update on our Sponsored New Years Birdwatch, despite the cold and windy conditions making things really difficult at times (especially seawatching!!), we managed to get to 103 species seen at the end of the day by the team! The last one of which was a lovely Woodcock flying out of its day roost! A thoroughly enjoyable days birding from dark until dark, from Holme to Titchwell. I will do a full write up on the day next week! Hope everyone has a lovely weekend.
