Norfolk Ornithologists Association - NOA

A windy day at the Obs, with not much around. The Highlight has been a few Crossbills around in the Pines again and still large numbers of waterfowl on the broad water.

I filled up the feeders, and they were quickly covered in a flurry of hungry Blue Tits, Great Tits, Coal Tits, Chaffinches, Greenfinches and Goldfinches, as I walked past later on a Moorhen was eating the seed which has spilled to the ground.  It’s nice to see the feed being eaten, even if it is going down very fast!
