The Hume’s Warbler appeared again this afternoon, right outside the Obs. It was feeding in the Tamarisk and moving across to the Sea Buckthorn near the Dell Hide.

Elsewhere around the reserve and at Thornham Harbour the highlights have been: 5 Rock Pipits, 29 Shelduck, 90 Wigeon, 17 Gadwall, 32 Teal, 43 Mallards, 12 Shoveler, 5 Tufted Ducks, 2 Water Rail, 1 Moorhen, 27 Lapwing, 50 Oystercatchers, 1 Grey Plover, 27 Curlew, 8 Black-tailed Godwit, 12 Knot, 15 Skylark, 14 Chaffinch, 1 Bullfinch, 6 Greenfinch, 15 Linnets, 7 Reed Bunting and 2 Crossbill.
