Whitethroat

Another day of very rough north winds, but 5 Ring Ouzels remained in the dunes on the NWT reserve showing well at times, and a Spoonbill, 15 Black-tailed Godwits, a Snipe, Great White Egret, 6+ Chiffchaffs, a Willow Warbler, 4 Blackcaps, 4 Sedge and 2 Reed Warblers, a Whitethroat and a Wheatear were recorded.

Two Muslins and a Hebrew Character were in the moth traps, and Green-veined White and Speckled Wood were seen in sheltered sunny spots.
