Highlights today were the Garganey pair seen again from the car park hide but elusive, and the Ruddy Shelduck was again with a flock of Pink-feet in the middle of the marshes. Other birds of interest were a Great White Egret, 16 Chiffchaffs, 2 Siskins, 11 Stonechats and a single Wheatear just off the Golf Course.

In the moth traps a Dotted Border, Common Quaker and 7 Hebrew Characters were caught.
